Job Description:
You will join one of the UK’s leading financial services companies, who have built their success by putting people at the heart of their organisation by identifying and delivering products and services that are right for their customers. Due to a recent merger, my client is looking for a Senior PMO to join their Delivery Management team to support project delivery, manage Jira incidents and support request queues, and implement configuration enhancements based on user experience.
Main responsibilities
* Facilitate and support multiple delivery disciplines within the portfolio, including risks, dependencies, finances, and resources, ensuring adherence to best practices.
* Collaborate with distributed and central PMO colleagues to support effective change delivery and implement progress metrics.
* Manage Jira incidents and support request queues.
* Coordinate among the Central Programme Office, project teams, and key stakeholders.
* Ensure robust governance.
* Manage tool configuration and enhancements, including data import/export processes.
Requirements
* Strong PMO experience.
* Advanced Jira admin skills, with experience managing incidents, config enhancements, and Jira adoption.
* Experience working in an agile environment.
* Proficiency in Office 365.
* Ability to start quickly, confidence, and initiative.
* Salary up to £65,000 + 20% bonus.
* Hybrid working: 1 day/week in the office.
* 28 days holiday plus bank holidays (option to buy/sell).
