We’re looking for a skilled and proactive 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a thriving IT services team supporting schools across the UK. This is a great opportunity to use your technical expertise to make a real impact in the education sector.
What you’ll do:
1. Provide 2nd & 3rd line support, acting as the main technical escalation point
2. Resolve complex IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to school operations
3. Mentor 1st and 2nd line colleagues
4. Lead IT projects from planning to implementation
5. Support internal networks and deliver staff training as needed
What you’ll bring:
6. Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V, and Office365/Azure
7. Excellent troubleshooting skills and confident decision-making under pressure
8. A customer-first mindset with great communication skills
