Key Responsibilities * Deliver exceptional nursing care in accordance with NMC standards and organisational policies. * Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for patients. * Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. * Liaise effectively with doctors, allied health professionals, patients, and families. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. * Promote a safe environment for patients and staff, adhering to infection control and safeguarding procedures. * Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team and participate in handovers and clinical reviews. Requirements * Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN). * Minimum 6 months of recent UK nursing experience within a hospital or care setting. * Up-to-date clinical training certificates (Manual Handling, Basic Life Support, Medication Administration, etc.). * A valid Right to Work in the UK * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * A caring, patient, and professional approach to nursing care.
