About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Talent Sourcing Partner to join our Manchester team. You’ll support our Talent Sourcing Partners across various specialisms, including Underwriting, Claims, Change & Transformation, Operations, Finance, Technology, HR, and more.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about recruitment coordination, candidate care, and operational excellence. You’ll help deliver a seamless candidate experience and gain exposure to strategic sourcing techniques for our clients in the insurance sector.
What You’ll Do
* Assist Talent Sourcing Partners in sourcing candidates across insurance-related disciplines
* Use LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, and ATS to connect with top talent
* Act as a point of contact for candidates, supporting interview scheduling and feedback
* Format CVs and coversheets for consistency and quality
* Maintain accurate records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity
* Screen applicants to identify qualified shortlists
* Support talent pooling, candidate management, referrals, and internal applications
* Assist with market mapping, reporting, and other recruitment tasks
