🚨 Ofsted Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (3-Bed | EBD | New Home) 🚨


We’re supporting a children’s residential care provider in Solihull looking to appoint an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager for a brand-new 3-bed children’s home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).


This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape a new home from the ground up, with the support of a hands-on and supportive Responsible Individual (RI). You’ll be responsible for creating a safe, stable, and nurturing environment, driving high-quality care, and ensuring the home meets Ofsted standards from day one.


💼 Role Details:

• Salary: £60,000

• New 3-bed Ofsted regulated children’s home (EBD)

🔑 Key Skills & Experience:

• Ofsted registration and compliance experience

• Proven leadership and team management in residential childcare

• Safeguarding and child protection expertise

• Experience supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

• Strong communication, reporting, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to develop care plans, risk assessments, and operational policies

• Knowledge of residential childcare legislation and Ofsted standards

• Mentoring and coaching staff to achieve high-quality care
