1. £16.37 per hour
2. 37 hours per week
3. Monday to Friday (Occasional evenings and weekends / bank holidays)
4. 6 months initially
What you'll be doing in this role:
5. Working within the human resources team as you will focus on service delivery, systems and information
6. Resourcing, recruiting and managing payroll information
7. People and Performance Management
8. Employee Engagement
9. Attendance Improvement and Wellbeing
What you'll need for this role:
10. A minimum of 5 GCSEs to include English Language and Maths (grade C or above)
11. Two years’ admin experience in a busy HR environment to include:
12. Ability to deal efficiently with large volumes of work
13. Producing reports and management information using a HR Management Information System
14. Applying HR procedures and processes to include recruitment and selection, training and development and absence management
15. Successfully working within a customer facing environment.
16. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Applications.
17. Hold a full current driving licence and access to a form of transport.
