About the role
Reporting directly to the Director, this fast-paced and rewarding role provides support across multiple business interests. It’s a varied position offering exposure to several areas, including finance, operations, property management, and project coordination.
This opportunity would suit a proactive and driven individual with prior executive or personal assistant experience. Experience within property is advantageous, though a strong interest in the sector and willingness to learn is equally valued.
Key Responsibilities
Director Support:
* Assisting with general personal administration, including insurance, travel, and day-to-day organisation
* Supporting with ad hoc personal tasks as required
Business Support:
* Managing a busy and ever-changing diary
* Supporting with office management and coordination
* Handling email management and correspondence
* Assisting with general administrative tasks across the business
* Supporting project management workflows and processes
* Maintaining accurate and well-organised documentation
Property & Investment Support:
* Assisting with oversight and coordination of a property portfolio
* Liaising with property management teams to produce reports and track investment progress
* Supporting project management of ongoing developments, including coordination with surveyors and valuers
* Assisting with drafting planning applications
* Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely submission of key documents and reports
* Managing stakeholder communication
* Maintaining structured systems and documentation across projects
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a PA, EA, or similar support role
* Exposure to property or finance, or a strong willingness to learn
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines effectively
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* A proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead and work independently
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
* A team player with a flexible and hands-on approach
* Excellent communication skills across all levels of seniority
