* Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that promote a love of learning
* Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all children
* Make effective use of assessment to monitor progress and support children's development

* Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Excellent subject knowledge and classroom management skills
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2
A commitment to continuous professional development
Ability to inspire and motivate children to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for collaborative working and contributing to school improvement
