Please note that due to changes in Government Legislation we are unable to fulfil the remuneration requirements for Graduate level, therefore unable to accept applications from individuals who hold a student or Graduate Visa. What we're looking for
We are looking for candidates to hold an RTPI accredited degree or similar relevant degree in Geography, Town Planning/Urban Planning or Built Environment. We seek graduates who can demonstrate:
* A logical and analytical approach
* Great problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to use your own initiative and to think outside the box
Work experience in Town/Urban Planning would be advantageous but is not essential as you’ll be learning your new role on the job and with the support from our Graduate Training Scheme.
Responsibilities
* As a Graduate Town Planner, work with the Planning team in the delivery of planning consultancy services on a variety of projects and schemes.
* Prepare, submit and negotiate planning applications and statements.
* Support public consultations and site visits, and provide professional advice to clients, local planning authorities and other statutory bodies.
* Gain valuable experience across a range of sectors and clients to support your development.
