Are you passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs in their early learning years? Are you looking for a rewarding role within a nurturing primary school environment? This role is for a Primary SEND Teaching Assistant to support children aged 4–11 years with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and a range of communication and interaction needs. All pupils have an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP) and require tailored support to access learning. This full-time position is available for an immediate start, is long-term, and could lead to a permanent role for the right person. The school’s mission is to create a calm, predictable and nurturing learning environment where children with Autism can develop communication skills, emotional regulation, social understanding and independence. Many pupils have experienced difficulties or disrupted education before joining the school.
