* Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations.
* Execution of Oracle Retail strategy.
* Closes business, delivering quota against target and renewals.
* Ensure proper pipeline coverage; get the most return from demand generation campaigns, progression, conversion, and participation rates.
* Identify, understand, and flex the optimal components of pipeline growth with relentless focus.
* Establish strong customer relationships to position Oracle’s Retail and Oracle full SaaS Strategic pillars around the customer’s digital transformation.
* Identify new business opportunities.
* Partner with existing customers for upselling opportunities and renewable business.
* Update sales forecasts, record activities and build proper opportunity close plans.
* Ensure proper pipeline coverage, get the most return of demand generation campaign, deal progression and conversion.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Retail Sales Software experience, an understanding of the importance of Retail.
* Knowledge of Retail Market and Retail Customers
* Customer needs analysis, consultative selling, sales process acumen and position Oracle Application Solutions Competitive Awareness
* Successful sales track record
* Ability to offer unique perspective by reframing and challenging the way customers view their business; know how to structure a sales pitch to highlight customer benefits before supplier strengths
* Adept at driving two-way communication by clearly articulating value proposition and teaching to customer’s pain points
* Business development, prospecting and strong presentation skills.
