CCTV Operator - Permanent Full-Time | 24/7 Roster | Warwick District Council CCTV Team Warwick District Council is seeking a vigilant and dedicated professional to join its CCTV Team, as a full-time CCTV Operator. This critical role supports the safety and wellbeing of the community by monitoring and responding to incidents across the district. As the eyes and ears of the district, you will play a pivotal role in supporting emergency services, protecting vulnerable individuals, and ensuring the integrity of public spaces. The position demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on compliance with legislation and codes of practice. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, assess, and respond to incidents across the district. Support emergency services and council operations in real time. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legislation and CCTV codes of practice. Maintain detailed records and produce accurate reports. About You: Preferably holds a valid SIA Public Space CCTV licence (or equivalent experience in a similar role). Calm under pressure, with strong decision-making and observational skills. Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information with integrity Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities. Familiar with CCTV systems and relevant legislation.
