Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home

Salary: Up to £55,000 + performance incentives
Contract: Full-time, permanent

About the Role
We are seeking a qualified, experienced Registered Manager (must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare) to lead our Ofsted-registered home. You will be supported by a skilled Deputy Manager and an engaged Responsible Individual, giving you the tools and space to succeed while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong, visible leadership to staff, inspiring high standards of therapeutic care.
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and the Children's Homes Regulations.
* Oversee care planning, day-to-day operations, and staff development.
* Drive improvement and innovation in all areas of practice.
* Build strong, respectful partnerships with professionals, families, and agencies to ensure holistic support for children.
