Job Description:

We are looking for highly motivated people with great communication skills to join our team as Digital Advertising Associates. The ideal candidate will thrive on engaging prospective customers via profiled but often cold leads, discussing their digital marketing needs, and recommending solutions that deliver real value. You should be an accomplished sales professional, highly organized, quick to learn, and digitally savvy.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm, Friday 8.30am - 4pm, no weekends!

Salary & Earnings Potential: £26,000 with uncapped commission. OTE £50,000 per annum

Office based role

Start date: 6th October


Key Responsibilities:

* Identify Key Opportunities: Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to recommend tailored solutions for targeted customer profiles, driving engagement and results.
* End-to-End Digital Advertising Management: Lead the process of recommending, securing, onboarding, and managing digital advertising solutions, ensuring client satisfaction.
* Collaborative Product Development: Work closely with product teams to ensure marketing solutions meet customer expectations and optimize effectiveness.
* Data-Driven Insights: Monitor product performance, providing clients with insights and recommendations to maximize ROI and campaign success.
* Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging advertising technologies.
* Client Reporting: Deliver detailed reports on campaign performance, with analysis and strategic recommendations.
* Creative Team Alignment: Brief creative teams effectively to develop compelling ad content.


Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

* Sales Experience: Minimum 12 months in B2B/B2C sales
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Customer Focus: Ability to understand and meet customer needs
* Resilience: Persistent and motivated to overcome challenges
* Target-Driven: Motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
* Adaptability: Flexible in response to changing situations
* Learning Attitude: Eager to learn and grow
* Organization: Skilled at managing time and tasks effectively
* Digital Literacy: Proficient with digital tools and platforms
* Positive Attitude: Energetic and enthusiastic

Desirable:

* Experience in high-volume sales and cold outreach
* Knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn
* Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics
* Certifications in digital advertising
