About Our Client
Our client is based in Andover, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team is looking for additional support.
Job Description
3. Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
5. Maintain accurate and organised financial records and documentation.
6. Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
8. Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.
9. Assist with budget tracking and monitoring of expenditure.
10. Respond to queries from external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the Accounts Assistant role, you must be able to do most, if not all of the above.
