Youll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring queries are resolved quickly and service levels are maintained. What youll do on a typical day: Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and internal systems. Support order tracking, returns and service issues. Liaise with warehouse and transport colleagues to resolve queries. Provide updates and clear communication to customers. Maintain accurate records in line with company processes. What you need to succeed at XPO: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous customer service experience, prefferably in automotive, industrial or retail. Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
