At SDR Care, you’ll play a key role in supporting a young adult with autism, a learning disability, ADD, and episodes of dysregulated behaviour to settle into a new home, build independence, and access meaningful daily experiences. As a senior member of the team, you’ll help shape the culture, standards, and day-to-day success of the service - leading by example and supporting colleagues to deliver exceptional person-centred care.
