We have a new opportunity for a Security Analyst to join us!
Reporting into the Information Security Manager, you’ll support AXA - Global Healthcare deliver a security strategy, governance framework and risk mitigation activity across AXA UK. Whilst information security experience is necessary, we don’t require the candidate to come from a technical hands-on background.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) towards the end of 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll be doing:
* Driving the compliance of security frameworks and reporting, including the ISO27001 and MTSB (AXA-proprietary framework) and internal/external audits
* Supporting the Information Security Manager ensuring stakeholders are fully briefed on threats, risks and their relevance to the business with clear remediation required for out of tolerance areas
* Maintaining a view of the security risk posture for the business units and ensure risks are understood
* Providing advice and guidance to support decisions and approvals related to Security and advice on risk acceptances and exceptions to policies
* Assisting governance forums/meetings by producing packs, taking minutes and updating actions
* Understanding the business strategy, priorities and roadmap
* Continously supporting improvements to security processes
* Helping in the completion of vendor risk assessments

What you’ll bring:
* Information security experience
* Ability to identify key issues and present information concisely
* Good attention to detail
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, even under pressure
* Flexible approach to work, carrying out other appropriate duties from time to time as required
* Strong prioritisation skills
* Relevant Professional Qualification e.g., CISSP, CISM, MIISP, CompTIA Security+ is desirable
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
