Altimus is London’s destination for premium & luxury sportswear. From our Kensington flagship (est. 2016), we curate 150+ outdoor and performance brands across ski, hike, run, racquet sports, and lifestyle. You’ll create for leading footwear names including Meindl, Merrell, Salomon, Zamberlan, Olang, On, Teva, Tecnica, Moon Boot, and OOFOS—and contribute to creative across our wider range.
The Role
You’ll help us bring our stories to life across social and in‑store—combining design, content creation, and hands‑on retail collaboration.
What you’ll do
* Design social‑first graphics: stories, Reels covers, carousels, and paid ad creatives for launches, campaigns, and events.
* Run our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook): content calendars, posting, community replies, and UGC sourcing.
* Assist on partner campaigns with our footwear and outdoor brands (from hiking to ski & lifestyle).
* Track results & learn fast: reach, saves, CTR, ROAS basics—summarise weekly insights and ideas.
* Store marketing support: simple POS, window cards, and event flyers for Kensington.
What you’ll bring
* Design tools: confident with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Figma/Canva for rapid creative.
* Social instincts: understands short‑form video, hooks, carousels, audio trends, and community tone.
* Portfolio: 5–10 examples of graphics or social assets (unique/personal projects welcome).
* Nice to have basic product photography/video, Meta/TikTok Ads Manager basics, copywriting.
