Your Profile The Project Manager with experience in IBM Service virtualization (SV) is responsible for end-to-end delivery governance of the Service Virtualisation program, scaling the current pilot to 56 virtualised services by year-end. The role ensures clear scope, structured delivery, risk control, stakeholder alignment, and quality gates, enabling external vendors and internal teams to deliver virtual services predictably and compliantly. Key Responsibilities Deliver virtualised services across Payments (e.g. CHAPS, SWIFT, SEPA) and Cards (e.g. FISERV, Broadcom) domains. Establish and run delivery governance, RAID management, and quality gates. Coordinate cross-functional teams (SV engineers, QA, Network/Security, DevOps, SMEs). Ensure SIT validation, operational readiness, and handover.
Essential skills/knowledge/experience: Delivery & Governance Own the end-to-end delivery plan, milestones, and dependencies. Manage delivery against defined phases: oUse case finalisation oEnvironment readiness oVirtual service build oSIT validation oOperational handover Run weekly governance and steering forums, including progress, risks, and decisions. Maintain and actively manage RAID log, escalation paths, and mitigation plans. Ensure alignment to Change Excellence Programme governance and CAB expectations. Scope & Use Case Management Drive finalisation and prioritisation of 1020 candidate use cases. Ensure use-case specifications meet completeness and quality standards: oBusiness flows oEndpoints and schemas oError scenarios oSLAs and dependencies oTriggers and data requirements Control scope creep and manage change requests. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Act as primary interface between: oInternal teams (Product/Test Lead, SV Engineers, Security, DevOps) oExternal vendors (e.g. TCS) Ensure vendors comply with: oData protection and masking rules oDocumentation standards oDelivery timelines and acceptance criteria Coordinate training and handover activities for QA and Test Leads. Quality & Compliance Enforce quality gates: oUse-case specification completeness oEnvironment readiness approvals oSIT validation passed oOperational runbook published Ensure no production personal data is used. Ensure least-privilege access, environment isolation, and auditability
