Main duties of the job
* Provide consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients.
* Manage long-term conditions and provide preventive healthcare.
* Prescribe medications and refer patients to specialists when needed.
* Maintain accurate patient records and complete necessary documentation.
* Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement activities.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
* Support training and supervision of junior staff (if required).
* Adhere to NHS Wales and GMC professional standards.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)
* Full GMC Registration
* Inclusion on the GMC GP Register
* Inclusion on the Welsh Medical Performers List
* Right to Work in the UK
* Safeguarding Level 3 training
Experience
* Experience in primary care and managing diverse clinical conditions
* Teamwork in multidisciplinary settings
* Familiarity with EMIS and EHR systems
* Special interests (e.g., women's health, minor surgery, mental health)
* Teaching or mentoring experience
