Manufacturing Operator Location: Perth Pay Rate: £12.65 Shifts: Monday -Friday; early: 6:00-14:30, late: 13:30-22:00 We're looking for Manufacturing Operators to join our production team in Perth. In this role, you'll work as part of a team to operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently, helping to deliver high-quality products and meet daily production targets. Key Responsibilities Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment safely and effectively. Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures. Support daily production goals and schedules. Work closely with your team to identify and fix any issues. Keep your work area clean, organised, and compliant with standards. Communicate clearly with colleagues and shift leaders during handovers. Take part in training and ongoing development. Promote teamwork, reliability, and continuous improvement.What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills. Basic problem-solving ability.
