Technology Recruitment Consultant – London

We are working with a growing recruitment agency in London that specialises in sourcing top talent across the technology sector. They are now looking for ambitious individuals to join their team as Recruitment Consultants, working across permanent or contract desks depending on your experience and preference.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop a long-term career in recruitment while working with some of the most exciting brands, scale-ups and tech innovators in the market.

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)
Sector: Technology Recruitment
Desks Available: Permanent or Contract
Training: Award-winning learning & development programme

Role Responsibilities

*

Build and manage your own portfolio of tech clients, ranging from start-ups to global organisations.

*

Source, interview and manage candidates within specialist tech verticals (software engineering, cybersecurity, data, cloud, product, etc.)

*

Write and post job adverts, conduct candidate outreach and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

*

Develop long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

*

Meet achievable weekly and monthly KPIs with full support from senior leadership.

*

Maintain accurate records and ensure an excellent candidate and client experience.

What We’re Looking For

*

Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates and hiring managers.

*

Motivated, goal-driven personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

*

Interest in the technology sector and its emerging trends.

*

Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential — full training is provided.

*

Ability to multitask, problem-solve and manage your own desk.
