We're on the lookout for a Payroll Administrator to join a Housing Association on a 6-month FTC. If you're passionate about precision, know your way around payroll systems, and love making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes then this one's for you.
As a Payroll Administrator you'll do:
• Support smooth and accurate payroll runs
• Keep pensions and employee records up to date
• Handle starters, leavers, changes and third-party payments
• Assist with reporting, compliance and all things Auto Enrolment
• Be the go-to for payroll & pension queries across the organisation
As a Payroll Administrator you'll bring:
• Experience in payroll and pensions admin (ideally in a large org)
• A solid understanding of Auto Enrolment and payroll legislation
• Strong Excel skills and confidence with HR/payroll systems
• Great attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Top-notch communication skills
