Refrigeration & Chiller Service Engineer
Locations: Yorkshire
Salary: £44,000 Basic + Bonus + Overtime
A national service provider within the refrigeration and cooling sector is looking to recruit an experienced Refrigeration & Chiller Service Engineer to support key clients. This role will be 30% AC, 40% Cold Rooms, 40% Chillers.
Salary & Benefits
* £44,000 basic salary (40 hours per week, door-to-door travel)
* Up to £5,000 annual performance bonus (paid quarterly)

The Role
* Service, maintenance, and fault-finding on refrigeration and chiller systems
* Working within food manufacturing and processing environments
* Carrying out reactive and planned preventative maintenance
* Ensuring compliance with F-Gas, H&S, and food-industry standards
* Delivering a professional and customer-focused service on-site
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in commercial or light industrial refrigeration and chillers
* Experience working within food manufacturing or similar industrial environments
* F-Gas qualified (essential)
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently as part of a national service team
