Join Our Team as a Customer Services Coordinator - Membership!


Location: Kings Cross, London
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Office-based
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm (4pm finish on Fridays!)

About the Role


Are you an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional looking to contribute to a growing team? Our client is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to provide outstanding service to members and play a key role in supporting insurance-related processes.


Key Responsibilities


As part of the Member Services team, you will:



1. Process Claims: Handle sickness and life insurance claims with care and accuracy

2. Deliver Excellent Customer Support: Respond to member enquiries via phone, email, and post

3. Provide Product Information: Offer guidance on services and policies

4. Manage Transactions: Process direct debits and maintain data accuracy



What You'll Bring



5. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role

6. Insurance Knowledge: Desirable but not essential

7. Skills:


8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

9. Excellent time management and organisation

10. High attention to detail and accuracy

11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office

12. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
