Recruiter - Industrial division – located on Chester Business Park, the North West's largest business park. Chester Business Park offers convenient access off the A55 with secure, free onsite parking and landscaped surroundings.

We are keen to speak with recruiters who enjoy working with people to provide the best possible service. This role is for someone who wants to succeed and grow, is not afraid to pick up the phone, and will be rewarded for hard work.
As a recruiter you will be responsible for building new business for your desk and generating a strong bank of candidates. The successful candidate will train as a 360 recruiter and use initiative to develop solutions and make decisions when required.

Contract and working hours
Contracted to 42 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5.30pm and Friday 8am - 5pm
Holidays starting at 23 days plus Bank Holidays and Birthday off

What we are looking for
* Have previous recruiter or sales experience
* Demonstrate you are a strong, consistent billing consultant
* Display a consultative, professional, business-partnering approach
* Thrive in a target-driven environment
* Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and deal with stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to work under pressure
