Secondary School Teacher – Blandford Forum, Dorset Salary: Dependent on Experience Contract: Full-time, Long-term (Temporary) Start Date: April/May 2026 About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary School Teacher to join our welcoming and ambitious school community in Blandford Forum . Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, well-prepared lessons in line with the national curriculum. Monitor, assess, and report on student progress to support individual achievement. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues on curriculum planning, enrichment opportunities, and wider school activities. Maintain high standards of behaviour management and promote safeguarding throughout the school. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong subject knowledge with a genuine enthusiasm for inspiring young people. Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
