We are looking for a Project Engineer with some relevant work experience to join the expanding Newcastle Team. General Requirements MEng or BEng in Structural or Civil Engineering Actively training towards or achieved chartership with ICE or IStructE Job Role Active member of new office with input into development and growth in the region. Carry out structural design calculations and markups. Manage project delivery, regularly communicating with project team and manager. Communicate with technicians to assist with drafting of designs. Attend site meetings, design team meetings and client meetings. Carry out structural surveys and inspections and prepare reports. Price for projects and issue fee letters. To maintain a good relationship with external contacts. To maintain continuing professional development and to keep abreast of technical developments and legislation.
