🔧 Multi Trader - Planned Works
We are currently recruiting an experienced Multi Trader to work on planned maintenance and refurbishment projects.
Role Responsibilities
* Carrying out planned works including kitchens, bathrooms, refurbishments, and general upgrades.
* Completing tasks across multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, and basic plastering.
* Working from job specifications and schedules to meet project deadlines.
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness.
* Liaising with supervisors and other trades on site.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Multi Trader within planned works.
* Strong multi-skilled background with a main trade preferred.
* Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
* Own tools preferred.
* CSCS card beneficial (depending on site).
