What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the face of the business, trusted to:
* Drive and load 3.5-tonne vehicles safely and efficiently
* Lead your team on-site, ensuring every customer feels looked after
* Take ownership of each move from start to finish
* Conduct risk assessments and maintain the highest safety standards
* Keep customers informed, calm, and confident throughout their moving day

What We Need From You
Non-negotiables:
* Valid UK driving licence for 3.5-tonne vehicles
* Proven experience in a similar hands-on role
