My Client is looking for a proactive Customer Account Manager to join our team and help deliver excellent service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities: Support customers via phone, email, and fax Provide accurate quotes and follow up to convert into orders Process customer orders and coordinate shipments Advise on tooling and material usage Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams Identify new opportunities within existing accounts Maintain records and update CRM system What You’ll Need: Strong communication and organisational skills Confident using computers (MS Office) Fluent in English (spoken & written) Sales or admin experience (preferred but not essential) Background in aerospace/manufacturing (desirable) Why Join Us?
