Duties
* Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, and skincare procedures
* Apply makeup for special occasions, photoshoots, or client requests
* Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products
* Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations
* Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
* Keep accurate records of treatments provided and products used
* Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge
* Promote retail sales by advising clients on skincare and beauty products
Qualifications
* Proven experience in makeup application and general beauty therapy services
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
* Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain treatments clearly
* Fluency in English is essential for effective interaction with clients and team members
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy are preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles
* Organised, professional, with a keen eye for detail and hygiene standards
