Sr Supply Chain Manager, Relay Supply Performance
Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is seeking an experienced program manager to join the ATS Surface Transportation (ST) team. This role involves leading our long-term 3-year strategy as well as operational plans for the upcoming year. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering the vision and mission of the broader transportation organization.
The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, strong program leadership skills, and the ability to influence without authority across multiple teams to develop creative solutions to strategic challenges in transportation. Regular interaction with senior leadership (Director/VP) in ATS/ST is expected, so clear communication at high levels and collaboration across all organizational levels are essential.
Key job responsibilities
1. Own the 3-year strategic plan for the Relay Supply team in the EU, including presenting to senior leadership.
2. Develop and own the operational plan for the following year for the Relay Supply team in the EU, including presenting to senior leadership.
3. Collaborate across multiple teams within Surface Transportation and external groups (Tech/Finance/Planning/Process Improvement/Change Management) to influence and prioritize plans on their roadmaps.
4. Manage competing priorities, ensure visibility of critical programs to stakeholders, and escalate issues when plans are off track.
5. Dive deep into stakeholder contributions and challenges while maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective.
6. Own communications for your business, including writing and presenting business cases using information from various stakeholders.

You will be part of the Relay Supply Performance team within the Surface Transportation Organization of Amazon Transportation Services.

* Experience in supply chain
* Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
* Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience leading process improvements
