Within our Project Services division, the small works team plays a crucial role in the day-to-day delivery of planned minor works across a diverse range of prisons across our clients sites.
Position
Reporting to the Project Services Operations Supervisor the Plumber will be responsible for project work across Lewes.
* Carrying out maintenance of heating installations
* Completing installation and maintenance of plumbing, drainage, and sanitation installations
* Undertake faultfinding diagnosis, problem-solving, and analysis of plant operation appertaining to the operation and efficacy of the installed mechanical systems (including plumbing, drainage, heating, and HVAC systems).
* Carry out relevant testing and certification of mechanical plant and systems in accordance with all appropriate regulations and within the remit of the postholder's relevant qualifications.
* To always work in a safe manner and to a high standard, in line with best working practices
