About The Role As Kitchen Manager of BrewDog Milton Keynes you will lead from the front, motivating and developing your kitchen team. You will also: Deliver our burger & wings menu to spec - fast, fresh and consistent Own the kitchen standards, organisation and compliance Manage performance, GP, prep, waste and safety Build a positive kitchen culture based on respect, teamwork and development Work closely with the site management team to deliver great service every day About You You’ll bring: Experience running a kitchen team (Kitchen Manager/Head Chef level) A passion for consistency, quality and developing your team Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance A hands-on approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure A mindset focused on improving, driving standards and delivering great service THE BREWDOG CHARTER IT'S ALL ABOUT BEER.
