PURPOSE OF ROLE
This role is career-defining; allowing the right candidate to make their mark, learn while doing and work to propel NADINE MERABI into a trail-blazing, aspirational global fashion brand.
You will be responsible in the development and execution of our international distribution strategy through wholesale business development.
You will develop and nurture relationships with buyers and implement a global strategy across these key markets to increase brand revenue and maximise exposure of the brand.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage, build and grow our wholesale revenue to £10m per annum within 24 months
* Manage, build and grow our wholesale revenue by identifying the universe of potential wholesale accounts that meet our brand guidelines, and sell to them.
* Onboard, build and maintain relationships in selected markets by researching potential partners that offer the right brand adjacencies and sales potential. Innovate and implement test and learn strategies that will drive scalable impact.
* Responsible for tracking and presenting sales on a weekly and quarterly basis with a focus on product feedback to the buyers and merchandisers.
* Drive business throughout the season to achieve strong sell through ongoing communication with partners, training, sales incentives, activation’s, reorders etc.
* Collaborate with the production, merchandising, finance, and logistic teams to ensure timely deliveries
ABOUT YOU
* Minimum of 3 years selling higher price-point fashion to wholesalers, ideally with a strong network of buyers
* Proven to be capable of defining and executing a wholesale strategy including target definition, go-to-market strategy, necessary internal process changes and understand the whole calendar.
* Experienced at budgeting sales.
* Experience in helping the business with the wholesale marketing strategy.
* Strong analytical skills, impeccable attention to detail and the ability to understand and interpret data.
* A strong communicator, who is confident with managing complicated cross-functional projects.
* Commercially minded – strong focus on business development and growth with ability to work towards metrics and targets.
* You are independent and self-directed but proven to work and lead a team of sales individuals in a dynamic and reactive environment.
* You are a ‘natural retailer’; obsessed with delivering your promise to customers.
* Highly motivated and driven by Sales.
* Willing to travel as necessary.
* Proven record of accomplishment of proactively gaining and retaining new clients – internationally.
* Excellent knowledge of our target market and key accounts worldwide
* Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

* Fluent in spoken and written English.
* Naturally confident with strong communication skills - both written and verbally.
* Exceptional attention to detail
