This Finance Assistant role sits at the heart of the business, working closely with finance leadership and connecting across teams as the organisation continues to scale.
It's hands-on, fast-moving, and ideal for someone who enjoys being part of something that is actively evolving.
What You'll Be Doing
Maintaining accurate and reliable financial records
Processing invoices and liaising with suppliers and internal teams
Supporting stock reporting and purchasing activity
Helping build and manage structured payment schedules
Supporting senior finance leadership with systems, processes, and improvements
Preparing month-end reconciliations and highlighting key variances or issues
Providing wider support as the business grows and developsWhat We're Looking For
Experience in a varied finance support role
Relevant qualification is adventitious i.e. Accounting Degree, AAT or someone completing their professional exams
Someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable in a changing environment
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
A proactive approach, you take ownership rather than wait for instruction
Confident working with different teams and senior stakeholders
Most importantly, someone who will enjoy being part of a growth journey and contributing to it
