Corporate Lawyer (5–9 PQE) 6-Month Contract
We are working with a highly regarded organisation seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer (5–9 PQE) for an initial 6 month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to support a busy corporate practice, advising on a broad range of corporate transactions and strategic matters.
The Role:
* Advising on M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and general corporate advisory work
* Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation
* Supporting senior stakeholders on complex corporate matters
* Working closely with internal teams and external advisers
About You:
* Qualified solicitor with 5–9 years’ post qualification experience
* Strong background in corporate law gained in private practice or in- house
* Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
* Commercial, pragmatic and collaborative in approach
