The Opportunity
We're looking for an organised, technically minded Electrical Projects Manager
to take ownership of our contract lifecycle from initial review through to project completion. You'll be from an
Electrical background (essential)
and help safeguard our commercial interests, support project delivery, and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and our loyal and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
* Coordinate with procurement, legal, finance, and project teams to align contract terms with company goals.
* Conduct contract reviews, identifying risks or inconsistencies early in the process.
* Maintain accurate, audit‑ready records of all contractual documents and correspondence.
* Support site‑level design development and understand the practical implications of contractual terms for real‑world delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience as an electrician or electrical professional (essential)
, with the ability to understand site‑level technical requirements.
* Experience in procurement processes, contractor oversight, or contract management.
* Strong knowledge of legal drafting, commercial terms, and document review.
* Excellent written skills for proposals, reports, and documentation.
* Confident negotiator able to achieve balanced and effective agreements.
* Experience with contract management systems (Pro‑Core is a bonus but not essential).
* High attention to detail and strong document management skills.
* Understanding of purchasing processes, change management, and project delivery workflows.
