Due to a period of significant growth our client is currently recruiting a Production Manager, who will oversee the production process, whilst ensuring production processes run safely, efficiently and are reliable to achieve cost, delivery, and quality targets. You will be responsible for identifying training and development opportunities within the team to improve skill levels and productivity

Ensuring that teams know, understand, and meet quality requirements
Checking good quality of information and communication with staff at all levels
To organise production trials as required
To oversee the maintenance and reliability of all machinery and equipment
To oversee the engineering and site maintenance / security
Developing a continuous improvement strategy
Leading teams on Lean / 5S projects
Experience
Proven experience in a food or drink production environment - ESSENTIAL
