Job Title: Head of Reservations, Sales and Events
Our client is an iconic independent restaurant and event venue offering exquisite food across two successful venues. The group is well-established in London and plans to expand their portfolio in the coming years. The successful Head of Reservations, Sales and Events will be part of a stable and successful operation!
Benefits:
* Monday to Friday shifts.
* Starting salary of £50,000 per annum + bonus + commission.
* Bonus incentives paid twice per year.
* 3% to 7% commission on organic sales – uncapped.
* Based in Victoria – easy commute from most London areas.
* Stable team and operation.
Responsibilities:
* Represent the restaurant/venue proudly.
* Support and train reservation agents for smooth call handling.
* Motivate and organize the team.
* Manage third-party inquiries.
* Handle reservation and event reports.
* Manage Private Dining & Membership.
* Develop sales revenue proactively/reactively.
Requirements:
* Natural leader with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of coaching and motivating.
* Experience with reservation systems like Quadranet, OpenTable, Collins, etc.
* Enthusiastic team player with guest focus and attention to detail.
* Result-oriented, proactive in handling and maximizing enquiries.
* Ability to develop organic leads proactively.
* Willing to host events when needed.
