Role Summary
Are you an Engineer, Technician or Scientist with hands-on experience in a laboratory or instrumentation environment, actively looking to move into a sales-based role? You may already have some customer-facing experience, or you are regularly involved in supporting clients, troubleshooting instrumentation, delivering demonstrations, or working alongside sales teams – and now want to take the next step into a commercially focused role. This established and highly respected manufacturer designs and produces cutting-edge scientific instrumentation used across a wide range of industries worldwide. They are expanding their international sales team and are committed to developing technical professionals into subject matter experts who can confidently manage customer relationships, deliver technical solutions, and drive international growth. This role suits someone looking to combine technical expertise with commercial growth and clear progression into a subject matter expert.
The Role
* Learning to manage and develop international distributors (primarily across South America)
* Growing turnover within established and emerging territories
* Providing technical support & applications
The Person
* Background as an Engineer, Technician or Scientist within laboratory or instrumentation environment
* Actively looking to progress into an International Account Manager position
* Spanish speaking desirable but not essential
