Job Description Technical Assistant Derby/London/Hybrid What you will be doing: We are recruiting for a Technical Assistant to support the Chief People Officer and the People Leadership Team. The role will be for around a 18–24-month period. The location of the role is split between London and Derby with the option for hybrid working. Responsibilities: Partnering with the SVP People Programmes and PMO to review, manage and communicate the annual corporate calendar for the team in accordance with the Board cycle and key ET core meetings linked to our People Strategy, preparing presentations, papers and agendas for key meetings and events Managing the Head Office HR budget and forecasting processes liaising with the HR teams and Finance Organising the PLT agenda, including capturing, organising and following-up on actions and outcomes from PLT meetings Preparing monthly CEO Board Report People inputs Programme managing the People Priorities process, including the creation, tracking, updating, reviewing and cascading of key projects and activities. Work collaboratively across the enterprise to ensure an integrated approach in step with organisation effectiveness team. Acting as a liaison between the CPO and internal/external parties as required, building positive relationships with stakeholders and collaborating effectively with other Technical Assistants and Chief of Staff to the Executive Team Completing day-to-day tasks for the Chief People Officer and their first line as required, including special projects such as the employee champion network, stakeholder committees and meet the board Supporting the CPO and wider PLT on any aspect of the full people system portfolio, including specific data analyses, project work and preparation of presentations and papers Programme managing and supporting the extended HR meetings as required Why Rolls-Royce?
