Associate / Lead Structural Engineer Location: Welwyn Garden City Salary: £70,000 to £80,000 We are supporting a well-established, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy with the appointment of an Associate or Lead level Structural Engineer. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to an experienced engineer who enjoys combining technical leadership with project delivery and team development. You will be involved in a varied portfolio of projects across the built environment, including residential, commercial, logistics and technology-led developments. The role offers genuine influence over design decisions, project outcomes and the progression of junior engineers. The Role As an Associate / Lead Structural Engineer, you will take responsibility for the technical, commercial and day-to-day delivery of structural engineering projects.
