About the Role:

Are you an experienced engineering professional eager to shape the future of the
industry? Our client is on a mission to train and develop the next wave of
engineering talent. With over 300 partner companies, our training centres are at the forefront of delivering high-quality Level 3, 4, and 5 engineering apprenticeships and
upskilling programs.
This is more than just a teaching job, it’s a career-transforming opportunity. As an
Engineering Lecturer, you’ll deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences to
apprentices and adult learners. This role is primarily classroom-based, guiding
learners through topics such as:
Mechanical Principles and Engineering Maths
Engineering Science and Design
Fluid Mechanics and CAD
Health and Safety and Lean Manufacturing
Professional Engineering Management
Production Engineering
Quality and Process Improvements
Supervising Level 3 and 4 engineering projects and Level 5 research projects
Who We’re Looking For:
Industry professionals who are ready to inspire, mentor, and shape the engineers of
tomorrow. If you have:
A degree in engineering or a related field
Significant industry experience
Strong technical and IT skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A genuine passion for teaching and developing others
Then you might be the perfect fit! Teaching experience is NOT required, they
provide full training and support to help you transition into an educator’s role.
Location and Travel:
Your primary base will be our Hull training centre, with occasional travel to the other sites. A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
