Our progressive approach makes us a reliable partner for our clients. Join Our Team We’re looking for an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our busy Head Office team in Glasgow. This is a varied generalist role with a strong focus on reception duties and coordinating business travel and accommodation for our teams across the UK. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, while also playing a key role in ensuring travel arrangements are smooth, cost-effective, and well-documented. Key Responsibilities Greet visitors and manage reception/front-of-house duties Handle incoming calls and direct queries appropriately Arrange travel and accommodation for staff, ensuring efficient bookings and accurate records Support office operations with document handling, data entry, and general admin Assist with meeting room bookings, catering arrangements, and office supplies What We’re Looking For · Previous experience in an admin or receptionist role · Strong organisational skills and attention to detail · Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner · Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) · Able to handle confidential information with discretion Desirable : Experience arranging travel/accommodation Background in construction, engineering, or a similar industry National 5s or equivalent in English and Maths Why Join Us?
