Overview:
Nottingham Rugby Club is known for its strong community, great atmosphere, and commitment to providing excellent experiences for fans and visitors. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance matchday and event hospitality, we're looking for friendly, hard-working, and reliable bar and waiting staff to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service during matchdays, events, and general club activities, whether you're behind the bar or serving tables, helping to create a welcoming and positive environment for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bar Service: Prepare and serve drinks, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
* Waiting Service: Take drink orders, serve customers efficiently, and ensure a clean and friendly atmosphere.
* Customer Interaction: Provide a positive and professional customer experience, answering questions, taking orders, and resolving any concerns.
* Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and restaurant spaces, including clearing and resetting tables.
* Stock Management: Assist in keeping stock levels up to date and inform managers of any low supplies.
* Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including responsible alcohol service.

* Previous Experience: While experience in bar or waiting roles is preferred, we welcome applicants with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
