As a
Technical Support Assistant
, you will support the day-to-day technical operations of the AI PropTec platform, ensuring seamless system performance and exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include:
* Providing timely and accurate technical assistance to clients
* Supporting software processes, workflows, and AI-driven features
* Assisting with onboarding and user guidance
* Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating where required
* Supporting internal testing, quality control, and system refinement
* Contributing to continuous process improvement within a regulated industry environment
You will work closely with clients, developers, and the leadership team to ensure the platform operates to a high professional and ethical standard.
