We have a new Administrator position available for a company based in the Stoke-on-Trent area, supporting various administrative duties including obtaining documents from customers and updating the internal database. For the Administrator role, you will report to the Senior Administrator, and we are seeking a confident individual who can support customers with queries and handle various challenges. Duties for the Business Administrator: Arranging the delivery of new vehicles to customers Arranging collection to coincide with delivery Liaising with suppliers/dealers/funders to ensure a smooth handover Speaking to customers and obtaining proof of ID and address Answering customer queries and managing the telephones (answering customer calls / transferring people) Using multiple systems Looking after in life customers queries Chasing suppliers for updates and information/data Telephone-based - ability to handle high call volumes Dealing with challenging customers and situations (for example, if their car is delayed or cannot be delivered) Need the ability to handle difficult customers – for example, if a delivery fails, customers can be left with no transport Requirements for the Business Administrator role: Strong administration experience is essential Candidates must have a driving licence Must be computer literate – be able to use Microsoft Office, Outlook and CRM systems Excellent customer service skills Be able to handle various phone calls and challenging conversations Problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask Ability to use multiple web-based systems at one time Work under pressure Hours: Monday-Friday 8:45 am – 5:30 pm Salary: £25,000 Per Annum
